Our Specialty
The Career Strategy Group (CSG), LLC., is a consulting firm that specializes in enrichment programs designed to teach financial literacy, pre-employment training, employment growth and development, small business management, and entrepreneurial skills to teen aged individuals and families involved in the youth justice and child welfare systems, youth with behavioral health needs, young people with intellectual disabilities and/or struggling with standardized educational curriculums, and individuals reintegrating into society after incarceration.
Our Programs
All of our programs were created and designed with a clinical rehabilitation counseling emphasis, by a vocational counselor, utilizing key characteristics of the Holland’s theory. All programs are designed with a person-centered approach, meaning that each enrichment program will be individualized and tailored based on the client’s needs, taking into consideration the client’s abilities, impairments, and interests, along with varying personal factors to include both social and psychosocial.
Our Partnership
Through our partnership with the The 224 Eco Space, all participants will have the opportunity to participate in a trial work experience with their vocational counselor serving as their job coach. Through their trial work experience, the participants will have the opportunity to begin building their work experience history and career development skills, along with forming relationships that will potentially lead into vocational and personal references.
